Ink Configuration (IN or OUT)

When you purchase a ribbon, specify the brand of the printer to assure the ribbons are wound in the correct configuration. You can get either ink side wound “in” (also called “coated side in” – CSI) or ink side wound “out” (also called “coated side out” – CSO).
